Can I book online?

Yes. Choose your dates to see the cars free for them, each with its total, then book with the deposit shown before you pay.

Who can drive?

Drivers aged 21 to 75 with a full licence held for at least 1 year (no learner or provisional licences). We check the licence at pickup.

Do you deliver to Brisbane Airport?

No. There is no airport desk, shuttle or delivery: you collect and return the car at 238 Nudgee Road, Hendra QLD 4011, which is near the airport. See getting to Hendra.

What do I pay, and when?

An A$100 deposit is paid online when you book. It is part of your rent, not an extra charge. The rest of the first period's rent and the bond are paid at pickup, at the counter. No card surcharge.

Can I cancel?

Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup: everything you paid online is refunded. Cancel less than 48 hours before pickup: we keep A$100 (the deposit). Not collecting the car (a no-show): we keep A$100. Returning the car early: unused days are not refunded. If we have to cancel, everything you paid is refunded.
